PRE-REGISTRATION is required for all classes and special events.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS can be made up to 2 hours before class to have the pass returned to your OPY account for use (expiration depends on your purchase).
NO CALL NO SHOWS and cancellations within 2 hours of class start time for in-studio registrations will receive a replay in lieu of a late cancel charge.
(Live Stream no-shows will automatically receive a replay link.)
EVENT CANCELLATIONS requirements vary, and are specified in event descriptions.
REFUNDS are not issued – all sales are final. Upon required cancellation notice, an OPY account credit may be issued.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS require a 30 day written notice submitted to info@omahapoweryoga.com.
MEMBERSHIP PAUSE (30 day minnimum) require a 2 day written notice submitted to info@omahapoweryoga.com and include a $10 per month hold fee.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGES (up-level or down-level) require a 5 day written notice submitted to info@omahapoweryoga.com.
